Homeschool Swim & Gym Ages 5-16
Build Confidence. Strengthen bonds.
YMCA Homeschool Gym & Swim helps children grow through movement, trust, and play on land and in the water. Participants will spend the first hour in the gym learning the basics of various sport disciplines. The participants will then move to the water for water games, swim lessons, or free swim depending on the participant’s skill level. All portions of the gym & swim are supervised. Great for a homeschool PE credit!
Homeschool Gym & Swim promotes social-emotional development, coordination, and even water safety in a fun, welcoming setting. The swim lesson portion will follow the trusted Y-USA swim curriculum. Both portions are led by caring instructors ready to help participants explore or advance skills in various disciplines.
