Jump, Twist & Twirl into Fun!
Youth Hip-Hop incorporates the styles of jazz and hip-hop. Students will learn the proper technique and skills to accurately execute choreographed dances. This will be a monthly class for 45 minutes one day a week. Parent progress communications the last 15 minutes of the last class of every month. Advanced class options will become available as needed with student progression.

Students will have weekly introductory ballet training. Students will practice body control, 5 basic ballet positions, following directions, spins, floor work, and much more fun! Ballet Slippers preferred, the last class will conculde with a short presenation for the parents.

Creative Movement Dance

Students will develop physical skills, body awareness, coordination, self-control and independence while exploring movement through dance and music. Students need to be potty trained, ballet or jazz shoes preferred.

Step, slide, and groove your way to fitness with our all new Line Dance Clinic at the Hendricks Regional Health YMCA ! This 8 week, 90 minute class offers a fun and low-impact way to stay active while learning a variety of dance routines. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, our Line Dance clinic will provide an enjoyable workout that gets you moving to the rhythm.

Line Dance is a choreographed dance class where participants follow a series of steps performed in unison to a variety of music genres. It’s a great way to improve coordination, memory, and cardiovascular health—all while having fun in a social environment.
