Adapted Swim Lessons WAVES

Our Water Access for Very Exceptional Swimmers (WAVES) lessons are designed to provide our instructors with the individualized time to provide the proper supports to swim students with exceptional needs from our community. Parents/guardians/caregivers are encouraged to work with students’ paired instructors to come up with a comprehensive plan for what the students’ swim goals may be. Lessons may be focuses on safety in and around water and/or developing technique. Parents/guardians/caregivers may be encouraged to swim with participants as well.

Private lessons are one on one. Semi-Private lessons are two students with the same swimming ability and one instructor. Lessons can start at any time, however the instructors do have commitments to group lessons and we do our best to schedule them as close to your request date as possible. Class days and times will vary based on availability of staff and pool schedule.
