What’s better than cookies and crafting? Join us at the Y for a fun and engaging way to get creative with your family at the Hendricks Regional Health YMCA! Step-by-Step directions will be provided for you as you create a one of a kind art piece.

Event pricing is per easel. Children must be accompanied by an adult but adults do not need to register if they are not participating in the event.

These are youth-centered cooking classes, offered monthly, that teach kids how to make different foods from scratch. All supplies are provided.

• • All child participants must pre-register ages 6-15

  • Each child registered must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

Cutting Up in the Kitchen is a hands-on cooking experience where fun meets flavor! This interactive class teaches participants how to make healthy, delicious meals while building confidence and skills in the kitchen. Open to ages 9 through adult, it’s perfect for anyone wanting to learn better-for-you recipes that still taste amazing.

Important: Any child under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older during class. The adult does not need to register.

Spots are very limited, so be sure to sign up early to grab your apron and join the fun!

Calling all pawsome pals! We’re unleashing the fun at the Hendricks Regional Health YMCA Pools and Splash Pad for Doggie Dip.

~Enter into the cutiest dog contest, voting done with dollars.

~We will also have dog themed raffle baskets to win.

~Bring your furry friend to join in on the fun!

Event Guidelines:
– A parent or guardian over the age of 18 must stay on site with their family all night
– Families are encouraged to stay all night – however, if a family chooses to leave the campsite early for any reason, please notify YMCA staff before departing
– No individual ground fires/campfires are allowed. We will have a larger campfire provided by the YMCA
– No consumption on alcohol or use of tobacco products allowed

Every fourth Tuesday of the month Play & Learn staff will do a craft event from 5:30pm – 6:30pm with family in the lobby.

Designed for ages 2-3, this enrichment class uses hands-on play to introduce your child to the world around them. We engage, teach, and explore with you and your child – all while having fun!

Join us once a week for stories, crafts, sensory exploration and hands-on learning designed to spark curiosity and wonder!

This club is designed for kids ages 1-5. Parents or guardians must be present for this program.

• Workforce exposure readiness sessions
• Community dinner will be served
• Group broken out by age (12-15 & 16-24)

Will be held on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.
