Event pricing is per easel. Children must be accompanied by an adult but adults do not need to register if they are not participating in the event.

These are youth-centered cooking classes, offered monthly, that teach kids how to make different foods from scratch. All supplies are provided.

• • All child participants must pre-register ages 6-15

  • Each child registered must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

Cutting Up in the Kitchen is a hands-on cooking experience where fun meets flavor! This interactive class teaches participants how to make healthy, delicious meals while building confidence and skills in the kitchen. Open to ages 9 through adult, it’s perfect for anyone wanting to learn better-for-you recipes that still taste amazing.

Important: Any child under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older during class. The adult does not need to register.

Spots are very limited, so be sure to sign up early to grab your apron and join the fun!

Discover, create, and explore! Discovery Club is a monthly hands-on program where kids dive into exciting science and technology activities, conduct fun experiments, and make new friends.

This year, we are diving into the field of forensic science 🔬 Together, we’ll solve a mystery by putting together clues, identifying fibers, charting soil samples, cracking cryptic codes, comparing tire treads, and more.

We offer day care for your little ones ages 6 weeks to 12 years. We have trained day care providers and planned activities including gym time & craft time between our available hours. You may use up to four (4) hours per day, per child.

Get ready for a night full of fun at our upcoming Fall Festival & Carnival! 🍂🎪 We’re packing the evening with all your favorite autumn activities. Come dressed in your best costumes or carnival-themed clothes.

Come join us for our annual Fall Fest at Hendricks Regional Health YMCA!

All families and community members are welcome. Come dressed in costumes for a spooktacular evening filled with a trunk or treat, hay ride (haunted hayride begins at 7:30p), campfires, facepainting, crafts, and even a sensory friendly space for kiddos who need less stimulation but still want to enjoy the season!

This is open to the Community.

Come out for a night of fun with our Family Campout! From playing games, eating good food, roasting marshmallows and sleeping under the stars – we will have it all!

Event Guidelines:
– A parent or guardian over the age of 18 must stay on site with their family all night
– Families are encouraged to stay all night – however, if a family chooses to leave the campsite early for any reason, please notify YMCA staff before departing
– No individual ground fires/campfires are allowed. We will have a larger campfire provided by the YMCA
– No consumption on alcohol or use of tobacco products allowed

Every fourth Tuesday of the month Play & Learn staff will do a craft event from 5:30pm – 6:30pm with family in the lobby.

Join us for a 4-week  program that includes stories, crafts, sensory exploration and hands-on learning designed to spark curiosity and wonder!

This club is designed for kids ages 1-5. Parents or guardians must be present for this program.

Located at the fireplace lobby

We will provide:

• Structured late-night recreation, mentoring circles and cafes
• Workforce exposure readiness sessions
• Community dinner will be served
• Group broken out by age (12-15 & 16-24)

Will be held on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.
