This lap swimming challenge is conducted at your own pace and in the Westfield Aquatics Center. Simply keep track of the laps you swim during each workout and record your mileage on the tracking sheet.

Community Gardens are open for planting on May 1st and must be cleared by November 1st.  Plot size is approximately 4’ x 8’ x 2’. 

Please limit to 1 plot per household.

Community Garden Boxes- available to rent for the 2024 growing season.One box per household. There are 2 boxes available with handicap accessibility.

James earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Taylor University and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College (Graduate School).

James has gained valuable experience in working at Garfield Park Hospital in Chicago, IL, a renowned Behavioral Health facility for children and adolescents. As a Behavioral Health Provider, James has had the privilege of serving individuals of all ages, from 3 years old and above, utilizing evidence-based practices to provide the best possible care.

Passionate about mental health, James is committed to giving attentive and quality care to all patients. Understanding the importance of holistic well-being, James believes in treating the mind, body, and spirit to promote overall health.

Currently residing in Indianapolis, IN with his family, James cherishes the support and love he receives from his loved ones. In his spare time, he prioritizes spending quality time with family and friends, engaging in physical activities to stay active and healthy, and indulging in the timeless sitcom, F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

James has a genuine passion for providing compassionate care and is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals seeking mental health support.

Sunday Sensory Swim is designed for individuals and families who are seeking an alternative sensory experience. During this time we will modify the envoirnment to limit sound and light in order to create a less stressful and calming experience. We ask that all individuals and families choosing to attend register prior to attending.
