100 Mile Swim Club
This lap swimming challenge is conducted at your own pace and in the Westfield Aquatics Center. Simply keep track of the laps you swim during each workout and record your mileage on the tracking sheet.

Lunch & Learn
Cancer Nutrition & Awareness; Cooking with Color
Kara is a registered dietitian with Franciscan Health and lives in Greenwood, Indiana with her husband and daughters. She is a graduate of Indiana University and completed her internship through Ball State University. She has many years of experience working in a variety of areas of nutrition and dietetics and levels of care. She enjoys providing nutrition counseling and education for the management of chronic diseases and conditions. She finds it rewarding helping patients meet their nutritional needs and goals.
