This lap swimming challenge is conducted at your own pace and in the Westfield Aquatics Center. Simply keep track of the laps you swim during each workout and record your mileage on the tracking sheet.

Join us for a delightful Harvest Dance Party at the YMCA, where the joy of community shines bright! Active Older Adults and our lively preschoolers are coming together for an afternoon filled with laughter, music, and festive fun.

Get ready to twirl and groove as we celebrate the season with cheerful dances and friendly faces. Our wonderful AOA friends will be spreading joy by handing out tasty treats and colorful stickers to all the little dancers. It’s a perfect chance for generations to connect, share smiles, and create sweet memories.

So put on your dancing shoes and join us for a heartwarming celebration of harvest and happiness! Let’s make this a day to remember!

Join us for New Member Monday and ensure you are getting connected to the Irsay YMCA. We will spend sometime going over what the Irsay YMCA offers and will have Staff from our Leadership Team there for Q&A.

Sunday Sensory Swim is designed for individuals and families who are seeking an alternative sensory experience. During this time we will modify the envoirnment to limit sound and light in order to create a less stressful and calming experience. We ask that all individuals and families choosing to attend register prior to attending.
