AARN We Wear Black Watch Party
The African American Resource Network (AARN) Committee invites you to our We Wear Black Watch Party. Wearing black represents a visible sign of unity and solidarity with those who continue to face injustice, prejudice, and inequity in our country. We stand alongside YMCA’s across the nation to affirm our commitment to equity, dignity, and greater opportunity for future generations to thrive.

Beyond the Plate
Black Excellence Expo
Join us for this special event gives our community a meaningful opportunity to connect with, support, and celebrate Black-owned businesses.
This event is focused on:
• Educating and empowering the community with African American history and culture.
• Showcasing Black-owned businesses and community leaders.
• Providing our community with positive representation, resources, and opportunities.
• Creating a space where families, adults and young people can learn, connect, and feel inspired.
Black businesses are a vital part of our community. They create jobs, inspire future entrepreneurs, build generational wealth, and strengthen the cultural heartbeat of our neighborhoods. When we show up and support one another, we help these businesses grow and continue making a positive impact.
