First Fridays at the Y

OrthoIndy Foundation
4/4/25 - 12/5/25
VIEW

Introducing First Fridays at the Y, a monthly gathering of community, creativity, and movement. Held on the first Friday of each month from 5:00 to 7:30 pm, First Friday offers a chance to connect and discover something new about the Y and each other.

Each month, we’ll offer a rotating lineup of engaging activities for each of these categories:

  •  PLAY: Enjoy family-friendly games or sports that bring out joy and laughter.
  •  MOVE: Get active with a featured group exercise class or physical activity.
  •  CONNECT: Build connections through conversation prompts that inspire meaningful discussions.
  •  CREATE: Unleash your creativity together with projects like painting or crochet.
  •  We will also CELEBRATE the birthdays for that month (ex: print/display their names in the lobby somewhere, along with a photo station and/or birthday wish board)

First Fridays are designed to foster Belonging, Relationships & Achievement —the heart of what makes the Y special…whether it’s a First Friday or any day of the week!
