Run or Walk Your Way to the Finish Line

You must be enrolled in Y+ Studio to register for this program.

Set yourself up for success in a mini-marathon by training with the Y. The Mini-Marathon Training Program is a 16-week program can help you achieve your goal of crossing the
finish line at the Indianapolis 500 Festival Mini-Marathon.

This program is designed for all levels of runners and race walkers. Each week, participants will safely build mileage and gain knowledge on everything from proper running form to running gear.

January 10th @ 6:00 Informational meeting:  Geared towards those already registered and those looking to register; meet the coaches and get your questions answered.  You do not have to be signed up to attend.
Program Meets:
Tuesday & Thursdays @ 6 p.m.
Saturdays @ 8 a.m.
May 6th is the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon
