  • 45-minute Small group Training format going over the 7 foundational movements.

Flexible Taining Workshop

This workshop is a structured flexibility class designed to safely improve range of motion in the hips, hamstrings, and lower body. Participants will learn proper warm-up techniques, targeted stretching, and active mobility drills to support healthy flexibility and progress toward both front and middle splits.

This workshop emphasizes correct alignment, injury prevention, and building strength to support deeper mobility. Modifications and progressions are provided to accommodate all experience levels.

Participants Will Learn:
• Effective warm-up techniques for joint and muscle safety
• Flexibility drills for hip flexors, hamstrings, and glutes
• Active mobility practices to build stability and control
• Alignment principles for safe split training
• How to continue flexibility training at home
Participants will leave with improved body awareness, increased confidence, and a personalized approach to progressing safely toward their split goals.
