Couch to 5K
Get ready for our Gobble Gallop 5K! Lace up your sneakers and take on our Couch to 5k small group classes.
This program is designed to gradually build your endurance and running/walking ability, taking you from a sedentary lifestyle to running a full 5k in just 8 weeks.
With a small group class, you will find accountability, support and motivation to help you thrive through the counch to 5k program.
Couch to 5k will run for 8 weeks, October 1, 2024-November 23rd, 2024
Classes will be held:
Wednesday and Fridays at 9 am
Monday 5:15pm
HRH Outdoor Track or Wellness Center
Must be enrolled in Small Group Training to participate.

Golf Training - Small Group Training
We will be running a Specialty Small Group Training class for Golf performance. It will run weekly on Fridays at 11:30am in the Wellness Center. Regristraion will be done on the app. There will be 8 spots available for registration.
We will run the first month ( 3 Fridays) for free. Starting in June you will need to be signed up for SG to participate.

Wellness Challenge
Monthly Wellness Challenges for Members

September: Group Exercise BINGO
*All members who get a bingo throughout the month will put their names into a hat and a winner will be pulled at the end of the month with a prize awarded.

October: EGYM challenge
*Members should participate in 15 EGYM workouts throughout the month to put their name into a hat. Winner will be pulled at the end of the month and a prize awarded. Data will be tracked through the Y/EGYM app.

November: Treadmill challenge
*Members will record mileage for November. 2 winners for this: one who runs the most miles, and one particpant award
all participants names in a hat and winner pulled at end of month

Winter Health Challenge
Our Winter Health Challenge is an 8-week program. This program has been created to help lead you towards a healthier lifestyle with proper guidance and education in areas such as: nutrition, hydration, sleep, and exercise. With the help of certified professionals, goals are well within reach!
