YOGA WORKSHOP SERIES: Training breaks tissue down—recovery builds it back stronger. This workshop focuses on fascia—focused release techniques that support joint health, movement efficiency and nervous system regulation. Through sustained pressure, breath, and slow exploration, you’ll learn how to release restriction without overstretching or forcing flexibility. Perfect for lifters who want to move better, lift longer, and train smarter. You’ll leave with simple techniques you can use before or after lifting to support recovery and performance.
