8 Week Youth Form Fitness
- Open to members ONLY, Ages 8-18
- Porgram details: Personal Trainer led class. Focused on proper form & technique for safety and efficiency on the wellness floor.
- 45-minute Small group Training format going over the 7 foundational movements.
- For children ages 8-10, parents or guardians must be present.
- Takes place Mondays & Thursdays at 10AM / Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:00 PM (tentative based on attendance)
Rock Steady Boxing
Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact boxing-inspired fitness program specifically for people with Parkinson’s disease, using boxing drills to improve balance, agility, strength, and overall quality of life, aiming to slow disease progression through intense, fun workouts and a supportive community. Classes involve shadow boxing, footwork, stretching, and core work, adapted for all abilities, and focus on empowering participants to “fight back” against Parkinson’s
