Hot Yoga
A therapeutic vinyasa yoga class done in a room heated up to approximately 96 degrees, which helps to boost circulation, relax the muscles, and improve mobility to stiff joints. Vinyasa is a series of 26 flowing postures/movements that are synchronized with the breath. Please be prepared to sweat and remember to hydrate before and after class. This is a monthly drafted class.
KEMPO Women's Self Defense Program
Increase flexibilty, strength and coordination with this comprehensive martial arts kempo to learn self-defense skills.

Sessions will run on Mondays from 630-8pm

Vinyasa Yoga
This group yoga class is suitable for all levels. We will begin each class with foundational yoga flows and add on depth and complexity with each session. Each week, as a group, we will dive deeper into the holistic practice of yoga allowing time to breath and rest in meditation, all while getting a great physical workout, release tension, and reduce stress. Class is 4 weeks long.
