“AOA” stands for “Active Older Adults,” but don’t let the name fool you! These programs are open to anyone, and target adults of any age who may be just starting an exercise program, undergoing physical therapy, or want an adjusted workout to address any limited motion needs.

Platinum Prom
A formal event in Prom fashion for Active Older Adults. The event is open to the general public as well as members of the YMCA. The event will be held at the Hendricks County Fairgrounds. Dinner and dancing are included. There will be a king and queen of the prom crowned. They will be determined by the number of votes received for nominated candidates. Ticket sales will begin 7/20/2026. The cost is $25/per person.
