AOA - Active Older Adult Programs
“AOA” stands for “Active Older Adults,” but don’t let the name fool you! These programs are open to anyone, and target adults of any age who may be just starting an exercise program, undergoing physical therapy, or want an adjusted workout to address any limited motion needs.

Show off your cookie making skills in our Cookie Challenge. Enjoy some friendly competition and vote for your favorite HRH AOA cookie at this fun event held at our outdoor pavilion. Those entering the judging should plan on baking 5 dozen cookies to share with others. We’ll provide the milk!
