AOA - Active Older Adult Programs
“AOA” stands for “Active Older Adults,” but don’t let the name fool you! These programs are open to anyone, and target adults of any age who may be just starting an exercise program, undergoing physical therapy, or want an adjusted workout to address any limited motion needs.

The YMCA Senior Lunch & Learn Series is more than just a meal; it’s an opportunity to connect with your community, make new friends, and engage in meaningful conversations. These events aim to provide a platform for seniors to gather, and gain valuable insight on a new topic every month.

Join us for this interactive fair geared for those 55+ that brings together local businesses, non-profits, and service providers who support healthy, independent living. From wellness and fitness to resources that make everyday life easier, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, gather helpful information, and build meaningful connections, all in one place.
Designed with engagement and conversation in mind, each attendee will receive a Bingo card to visit exhibitor tables, connect with community partners, and be entered into drawings for exciting prizes, including gift baskets and a $250 Walmart gift card.
