AOA - Active Older Adult Programs
“AOA” stands for “Active Older Adults,” but don’t let the name fool you! These programs are open to anyone, and target adults of any age who may be just starting an exercise program, undergoing physical therapy, or want an adjusted workout to address any limited motion needs.
Active Older Adult Dance
Our theme for our first AOA dance will be ‘Reelin In The Years’. If the 60’s/ 70’s is your jam! This dance will be located in our Family Gym. You can expect snacks, dancing and a good time!
