Water polo is a combination of many sports, including swimming, basketball, soccer, and team handball. Our youth program is designed to teach the basics of the sport in a fun and recreational setting. Participants will learn skills like swimming with the ball, passing, and shooting. Water polo also teaches teamwork and strategy in a supportive environment for youth at all skill levels. Participants should be able to swim for extended periods of time without needing a break and be comfortable in deep water. Not sure if your little swimmer is ready for this, contact Jess for a swim test.
