The goal of our Stroke Development Clinic is to help swimmers improve stroke technique and teach drills that will enable the continued refinement of swim strokes. This is perfect for a current or future competitive swimmer or a fitness swimmer looking to improve times and gain confidence. Competitive Strokes will be evaluated and corrected with the use of drills and coach instruction. The more efficient and powerful your technique – the more success you will experience.

Come join us for a fun opportunity to see what it takes to be a life guard. You will learn CPR, First Aid and in water rescues. Participants will recive a certificate of completion not a certification.
