Swimmers will have the opportunity to participate in various swim clinics and try out for the swim team. The upcoming clinics include Breaststroke techniques, focusing on starts, turns, and streamlines, as well as water basketball. After everyone has had a chance to experience these activities, we will conduct tryouts for the swim team, followed by some enjoyable relay race to conclude the day.

The goal of our Stroke Development Clinic is to help swimmers improve stroke technique and teach drills that will enable the continued refinement of swim strokes. This is perfect for a current or future competitive swimmer or a fitness swimmer looking to improve times and gain confidence. Competitive Strokes will be evaluated and corrected with the use of drills and coach instruction. The more efficient and powerful your technique – the more success you will experience.
