The Family and Friends® CPR Course is intended for anyone who wants to learn CPR and does not need a course completion card for a job or other requirements. It is ideal for community groups, parents, grandparents, caregivers, and others interested in learning how to save a life. Course duration, 2 hours

• How to Help a Choking Adult, Child or Infant
• Child CPR and AED and Infant CPR

The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in all AHA courses and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA. Heartsaver® CPR AED

AHA Heartsaver® courses reflects science and education from the 2020 Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC and is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements. This course can be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Upon successful completion of the course, including a CPR and AED skills test, students receive a Heartsaver® CPR AED course completion card, valid for two years.
