NFL Flag Football
Flag football is one of the world’s fastest-growing sports and the join in the FUN with the YMCA. Flag football is accessibility and inclusivity, and a great way for everyone to participate in football. Flag Football at the Y will program will offer you a chance to learn the game, develop your skills and play in a safe and fun recreational environment. Our recreational league will offer 1 practice and 6 games and unlimited fun over a 7 week period.
